If I attended last year, is it beneficial for me to attend again this year?
YES! Although some of the subject matter is the same as our previous summits, each presentation topic has changed greatly throughout the past year. We've also added a new topic this year!  

What time should I arrive for the event?
The doors open at 8:30 am. Open registration, networking, and light breakfast will be available from 8:30 am - 9:00 am.  

Is parking available?
Yes, plenty of free parking is available. When entering the campus of Saint Vincent College, tell the person operating the entrance booth that you are attending a Laurel Highlands Visitors Bureau Interactive Marketing Summit event at the Fred Rogers Center. She will direct you to the parking lot right outside of the building.

What is the dress code?
Dress is casual...jeans and relaxed clothes are encouraged!

Is wi-fi available?
Yes! Free wi-fi is available

Do I need to bring a laptop or electronic tablet?
Bringing an electronic device is not necessary for the event, however if you would like to bring a laptop or tablet, you will be able to connect to the wi-fi available on campus.

How do I get to the Fred Rogers Center at Saint Vincent College?
The Fred Rogers Center is located on the campus of Saint Vincent College in Latrobe. The address for the college is: 300 Fraser Purchase Rd, Latrobe, PA 15650, the Fred Rogers Center is located on Monastery Road. Get directions and see it on a map.

What time will the event be over?
The 2016 Interactive Marketing Summit is scheduled to conclude around 3:30 pm.

Yes! The Laurel Highlands Visitors Bureau hosts the Interactive Marketing Summit every year on the first Friday of November. Hopefully you'll be able to join us next year!
