Life at Hidden Valley (HOA)

Life at Hidden Valley is the non-profit HOA representing the 1200 homes, families and lifestyle of Hidden Valley Resort in the beautiful Laurel Highlands of Southwest Pennsylvania. Hidden Valley is the perfect "Get-Away That's Not Far Away" being 3-4 hours from Cleveland, Columbus, Baltimore, metro DC and so many other locations.

From efficiency condos to beautiful custom homes and buildable home sites, there are a variety of ways families can enjoy all the Laurel Highlands has to offer. Located smack in the middle of great skiing, hiking, mountain biking and kayaking there are plenty of ways to be active every time of the year.

What makes us unique as the HOA at Hidden Valley is our commitment to creating a special atmosphere where families can connect with nature, each other and the neighbors. We offer many opportunities to connect like our annual Pig Roast, Oldies Party, Ice Cream Social, Summer Pool Party or Kentucky Derby Party, all unique to Hidden Valley. Our volunteers also organize a number of bike rides, hikes, game nights and kid-specific activities throughout the year so it's likely there's something going on all the time!
