Join Compass Inn Museum's Stagecoach Adventurers, where children grades 4 through 6 experience the 19th century in this fun-filled hands-on day camp. Participate in an archaeological dig, apprentice under a blacksmith and a tinsmith, cook a full meal over the fire, build a stagecoach, play 19th century games, and so much more!

A summer day camp for children in grades 1 through 3  is being planned for the 2018 season.

    GROUP TOUR FEES Our basic tour includes a docent lead tour through the barn with the authentic stagecoach and wagons, the Inn, the cookhouse, and the blacksmith shop. Demonstrations in the cookhouse and blacksmith shop can be arranged for groups of 10 or more for an additional fee of $1.50 per person per demonstration.   Basic tours last 90 minutes, add an additional 30 minutes if requesting demonstrations in our cookhouse and blacksmith shop. And make sure you leave time to visit our Museum Store where you will find handcrafted items made by local artisans. $9 per adult and $5 for youth, 6-17 years of age, for groups of 20+ participants $10 per adult and $6 for youth, 6-17 years of age, for groups under 20 participants Tour guides and bus drivers are always complimentary, children 5 and under are free. Reservations required 1 month prior to visit.
