Bittersweet Café has the ability to cultivate our fresh ingredients right at our beautiful mountain location to create unique dishes with outstanding flavor. Our grass fed meats, free range chickens and eggs are all locally raised, along with our farm fresh produce- some of which grows in our gardens.
Founded in 2015 by Terri Krysak, Bittersweet Café is a take-out and eat-in breakfast, lunch and pastry shop highlighting specialty coffee. Bittersweet Café is located in the lovely Laurel Highlands mountains of southwestern Pennsylvania.
Terri is an on-the-job trained baker, chef and caterer. Her passion is both in the kitchen and the garden, and Bittersweet Café is a reflection of that combination.
