Find your flow! For the beginner and advanced practitioner alike. Are you new to yoga and want to learn the basics in order to grow safely in your practice? Or have you practiced for years but began with power classes and skipped the beginner classes? Then this class is for you! Build strength, connect breath with movement and learn personalized modifications. Fine tune the basic Vinyasa Flow postures and transitions including mountain pose, forward fold, the halfway lift, plank pose, high to low push-up (chaturanga), cobra, upward facing dog, downward facing dog and child's pose. As well as basic standing poses such as the warriors and lunges, one-leg balance poses, twists and floor poses. You'll leave this series feeling luminous, powerful and spirited over all that you've learned and can apply to every class thereafter!
