Join Team LPS for the ultimate outdoor yoga and adventure retreat! Take a trip with our instructors to Timber Ridge Lodge, a truly unique home located directly on the Great Allegheny Passage (GAP) bike trail. Your retreat site includes the following amenities: a stocked pond, plenty of outdoor space, a swimming pool, outdoor hot-tub, outdoor fireplace and beautiful wooden decks.

Join us for twice-daily yoga classes led by Laura Patterson - Santore, E-RYT-200, Brynn Cunningham, RYT-200, Tara Morris, RYT-200, and Leah Staley, RYT-200 / Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT). Our location is easily accessible but will remove you completely from the rushed pace of daily life, immersing you in the tranquility of the Laurel Highlands. In addition to yoga, our itinerary includes a community dinner under the stars, sunrise meditation and a silent hike and a Deluxe Lower Yough rafting trip down seven miles of Class III whitewater in Ohiopyle State Park. Each raft will be guided by professional river guides, featuring Laura Scoville, RYT-200, as the river trip leader. Riverside lunch will be provided by the outfitter; Wilderness Voyageurs.  

During the time in between classes, you have opportunities within walking distance for hiking, biking and exploring. Timber Ridge is a short drive to Ohiopyle State Park, Kentuck Knob and Frank Lloyd Wright's Fallingwater. Our knowledgeable team is available to help you plan your perfect trip - whether adventuring on the water with a kayak, discovering stand-up paddlepoard (SUP) yoga or scheduling an in-room massage offered by our massage maven, Leah Staley, LMT. 

We are looking forward to sharing our passion for the great outdoors, yoga and meditation with you! You are welcome to do as much or as little as you like - just like at our studio classes!  This is your time to renew, rejuvenate and escape the pressures of daily life - to truly nurture your body, mind and spirit.

All prices are PER PERSON and include the following:

  • Fully stocked kitchen with organic and locally sourced ingredients to make your own breakfast each day, plus healthy, wholesome snacks provided daily
  • Group catered dinner by Marilyn's on Main at Timber Ridge (Friday evening)
  • Group dinner at local riverside restaurant in walking distance from Timber Ridge (Saturday evening)
