July 1-3 & 5 (no camp on July 4) What does it mean to be famous? The dictionary tells us it is “to be widely known” or “honored for an achievement.” This week we’ll learn about famous people in the arts. We’ll talk about and try to recreate works from famous artists including Vincent Van Gogh and Claude Monet. Laurel Arts dance instructor Aubree Maus will talk about famous dancers and guide you in some simple movements in a variety of dance styles. We’ll also have a visit from a published author and learn about some famous musicians. Instructors: Marsha Schmuck and Aubree Maus.
