This 1 hour class consists of a brief safety lesson. The yoga portion of this class is specifically designed to meet any level of fitness. It is a very SLOW and STEADY Vinyasa Flow. This will allow the student to take their time between yoga poses which will strengthen confidence, balance and core muscles. This class ends with a peaceful Floating Savasana. The class will be held at the Ligonier Valley YMCA every Wednesday in May.

Each student MUST:
Be able to swim – Sign a waiver – Wear comfortable clothes that you don’t mind getting wet. Bring a CAN DO Attitude, a smile, a towel, bottled water, sunscreen and extra clothes.
