This 1 hour class will familiarize you with paddle boarding. We begin with three types of paddling skills. The learning curve for SUP is quick and FUN, so you will be up and practicing your paddle skills in no time. During the second half of the class we practice balance and core strengthening exercises. This class if for men, women and children.The only requirement is you must be able to swim and listen to the brief safety lesson.
