Want to strength train with intensity, practice centering yoga, get outside with active adventures and eat clean all while on a luxury vacation? Join us for an exciting retreat focused on health, fitness and fun on Nemacolin's 2,000-acre playground hosted by health lifestyle coach and nutritionist, Danielle Fryer. Guests of all fitness levels are invited to learn everything needed to understand fitness training and what to eat in order to fuel for performance and lifestyle.

"I just returned home from the November Wellness Retreat with Danielle Fryer. The week's events were enjoyable, educational and sustainable for me to continue here at home. For a full-time employed and highly-stressed individual, this was the perfect wellness retreat that embodied nutrition, exercise and mindful eating/living.
