If you register for more than one 3-week session at the same time, save $5.

This class is geared to women over 50 of various fitness levels, but especially beginners. We will develop strength, balance, flexibility, and cardiovascular fitness in a fun atmosphere. No experience is necessary. If the changes that come with aging are limiting you, it’s time to do something about it. Bring a yoga mat, wear comfortable loosefitting clothes and tennis shoes. Other equipment will be supplied if needed.
