This abdominal focused class gives you a deeper sense of strength and stability. We will practice a series of core postures and balancing poses that are challenging and energizing, while modifications are always offered for the beginner. A stronger core takes pressure off the lower back and improves our posture and overall balance. We will also explore how to balance and activate the solar plexus chakra, our energy body located at navel center, which oversees the digestion of everything from food to thoughts.
