Ages 5-9 Suzie Sparks
Sept 28 –BOOK IT! In this multi-media workshop, learn to make your own book. Then fill it with your own story using all sorts of materials.
Oct 19 – EXPLORING COLOR! Students will learn to unleash their imaginations while learning the fundamentals of working with color. We will explore line, value, color and texture while creating a fun project.
Nov 23 – FUN WITH FIBER! Students will learn basic techniques for creating wearable art with fiber. We will begin with finger knitting and move on to more advanced skills.
DEC 14 – GREETINGS FROM PA (SEASONAL CARDS)! Learn to make your own greeting cards and envelopes. In this fun-filled creative workshop, students will learn the basic techniques for creating unique cards for any occasion. We will cut, paste, color, paint stamp and more. Bring your own photos, findings & scraps. All other materials will be provided.

Ages 10 yr and up David Sparks
Sept 28 – THE ART OF THE SKETCH! Build on the basic drawing techniques and explore how to “sketch”. Use line, shading and texture while learning basic proportions, scale, and shapes of various subjects.
Oct 19 – INTERMEDIATE SKETCH! Continue the process and sharpen your skills at sketching what you see. Learn more techniques, processes and how to develop your own style.
Nov 23 – CARTOONING PEOPLE! Learn the basic techniques of cartoon drawing with a focus on people. Explore facial expressions, hair styles, male and female characteristics, and other facial features.
Dec 14 – DRAWING ON THE SEASON! Make your own greeting cards and envelopes. Lean the basic techniques for creating unique cads for any occasion. Bring your own photos, findings & scraps. All other materials will be provided.
