Friday Night Fish Fry at DiSalvo's Station Restaurant
The Laurel Highlands is one of only a few regions in the United States that celebrates the Catholic Lenten tradition of fish fries, and like most restaurants in the area, DiSalvo's Station Restaurant is happy to be a part of the heritage! Every Friday night, DiSalvo's will serve two options for their Friday Night Fish Fry: Peroni beer-battered cod on a bun served with seasoned fries and coleslaw OR lemon and white wine oven-baked cod served with veggies and cole slaw. And yes, it's as good as it sounds!
