Pennsylvania's speed limit is 65 mph, affecting more than 16,000 miles of four-lane, limited access highway. 50 mph is maintained through must urban areas. Please check signage along the roadways as there are restricted speeds in certain areas.
Laurel Highland Welcome Centers
Pennsylvania's Welcome Centers have full-time, trained tourism professionals to provide you with travel information and direction assistance. The Welcome Centers are full-service rest area facilities providing restrooms, vending machines, phones, and picnic spots. The Centers are open from 7am-7pm daily.

Zelienople North Welcome Center
PA Turnpike Mile Marker 21 Eastbound,21 miles east of the PA/Ohio border.
Interstate 79 East Welcome Center
Kirby, PA on l-79 Northbound, 5 miles north of the PA/West Virginia border.
Interstate 70 East Welcome Center
Claysville, PA on 1-70 Eastbound, 5.8 miles east of the PA/West Virginia border.
