Partner Listing On Our Website
Your web listing includes your business name, links to your website and social media, unlimited photos, integrated TripAdvisor reviews, unlimited events, deals, and packages, amenities, description, YouTube videos, and Google maps. Over 750,000 visitors annually use our website as a tool in planning their getaway to the Laurel Highlands.
Unlimited Events, Deals, & Packages
You can upload events and deals to the website for FREE! This is a great way to increase exposure of your website. The events and deals sections of the website are some of our most viewed pages!
Calendar of Events Listings
As a partner, you can upload unlimited events to laurelhighlands.org. These events are visible to the visitor on our website and also appear in our 4-color seasonal printed Calendar of Events piece that is distributed in our LHVB Brochure racks, mailed to all our lodging properties, and used in fulfillment for all visitor queries.

Partner Listing In Our Destination Guide
Also included in your partnership is a listing in our annual Laurel Highlands Destination Guide, which has a distribution of 175,000 copies distributed in 81 regional brochure racks and at PA Welcome Centers and PA Turnpike Rest Areas, at consumer shows, mailed at the visitor's request, and more. The guide is distributed in January.

Social Media Exposure
The LHVB marketing department creates and monitors seasonal and ongoing advertisements on Facebook and Twitter in order to brand the Laurel Highlands and drive traffic back to laurelhighlands.org. These social media ads encourage engagement with the Laurel Highlands Visitors Bureau while exposing Facebook and Twitter users to the region’s seasonal activities, deals, historical and culture attractions, and much more. These efforts include Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and Pinterest.
Educational & Networking Offerings
Attend our networking and educational opportunities, many of which are free and exclusive to LHVB partners only. These include Partnership Orientation, Social Media 101 Workshops, Staff Training, Tourism After Hours Events, A Backyard Motorcoach Tour, and the LHVB's Annual Dinner. More information can be found on our Partner Events page. Our biggest annual event, the annual Interactive Marketing Summit is a way to expose our local partners to the latest trends in the ever-changing world of interactive marketing. With phenomenal speakers every year and topics ranging from SEO tactics and understanding analytics to social media advertising and digital marketing tips and tricks.

Share Your Stories
In addition to the information you share with us on your initial contract and include on your listing, share the story of your business with us. Make sure we know your accolades, awards, anniversary dates, and interesting facts. Keep your listing up to date with the extranet. Be sure to share your deals and promote your events on our website, a free benefit of partnering with the LHVB. The more we know, the more opportunities we have to promote your business. Share your press releases with our Director of Public Relations.
The LHVB’s consumer marketing campaign includes seasonal Pandora Internet Radio and TV campaigns in the Pittsburgh Market, as well as an online banner ad marketing in Pittsburgh, DC, and into additional target Markets such as Ohio, Eastern PA, Maryland, Virginia and the surrounding areas. LHVB’s targeted radio spots on Pandora also target listeners in Washington D.C. The LHVB uses the Google Display Network to serve targeted, seasonal banner ads to qualified users. Additionally, the LHVB has partnered with a company called Outbrain that allows content from laurelhighlands.org to be featured as “suggested posts” or “promoted stories” under relevant articles on targeted, high-traffic websites. The LHVB also has online banner ads running with VisitPA.
Each seasonal SEM campaign consists of over 60 Google ads created to correspond with ad word groups comprised of topics such as season-specific activities, dining, vacation packages, arts, history, and more. All of these ads are taking those who click on them to very specific and relevant landing pages on laurelhighlands.org that have been optimized for search engines.
The Laurel Highlands also maintains billboards on each end of the region along the PA Turnpike, welcoming passers-by to the region while establishing geographic parameters of the beautiful Laurel Highlands. The highly-visible billboards are located on I-76 westbound near Somerset, and I-76 eastbound between Monroeville and Irwin, with an additional board located on I-76 eastbound just before the Donegal exit, encouraging viewers to exit just ahead.
