Chef Kyle attended Culinary school after serving as a paratrooper in the U.S. Army in the late 1990's. He worked at various restaurants in the Washington D.C. area. He also was a guest Chef for organizations like D.C. based Food and Friends and D.C. Marriott's Charter High School Culinary program and worked as a Catering Sous Chef. He believes strongly in sourcing food as local as possible, bringing the farm to your table and serving food at the height of its freshness.
