Our museum features several attractions! See “America: Through Immigrant Eyes,” an interactive, all ages exhibit about immigration to the area in the 19th century – a national story in a local context! The Iron & Steel Gallery features “The Mystery of Steel,” a film about the industry’s heyday in Johnstown. The Johnstown Children’s Museum includes hands-on exhibits that let kids learn through play about the area’s culture (adults can appreciate this area as well). The Ethnic Social Club on the 4th floor is a wonderful space for a private group event. Nearby is the Wagner-Ritter House & Garden, an 1860 steelworker’s residence – complementing our immigration exhibit! Peoples Natural Gas Park presents special events. Educational materials are free at jaha.org. Receptive services for Johnstown-area attractions available; other services include on-site, catered meals.
