Pennsylvania's Laurel Highlands 10th Annual Photo Contest

We are seeking photos to tell the story of your visit to the beautiful Laurel Highlands! The photos can range from landscapes to your family having fun at a local attraction.

Winning photos will be featured in the 2014 Laurel Highlands Destination Guide!

In celebration of our 10th Annual Photo Contest we are more than DOUBLING the cash prize amounts!!!

Cash Prizes will be awarded in 2 Categories!

Category 1: People & Animals

Category 2: Landscapes & Attractions

1st Place: $500
2nd Place: $300
3rd Place: $150

Only photos taken of the Laurel Highlands (Fayette, Somerset or Westmoreland Counties, PA) will be eligible. Use of watermarks, filters, or other alterations to the photo is prohibited. Photos that have been manipulated will be disqualified.  

Deadline for submissions is September 13, 2013

Please attach one image per submission; you may submit an unlimited number of images for the contest. Photo locations must be accessible to visitors/residents of the Laurel Highlands. Photos of private property are not eligible. Black & white photos will not be accepted, only full-color images will be eligible. Only digital photo submissions will be accepted for the contest. The Laurel Highlands Visitors Bureau reserves the non-exclusive right to use any photographs in its publications or other promotional purposes.

By submitting an application the Applicant hereby agrees that all photographs submitted shall become property of the Laurel Highlands Visitors Bureau. The Laurel Highlands Visitors Bureau reserves the non-exclusive right to use any photograph(s) in publications or for promotional purposes. By submitting this application and photo, the Applicant also acknowledges that any persons appearing in submitted photograph(s) have given the Applicant and the Laurel Highlands Visitors Bureau consent for reproduction and promotional use.
