Join running coach and avid runner Brynn Cunningham, RYT-200, Leah Staley, runner, yoga instructor and massage therapist, and Tara Spaw Fronczek, physical therapy assistant, runner and Barre/Dance instructor for a specially designed class just for runners! Warm up at the studio with a dynamic yoga sequence, run 30 minutes (at your own pace) around Uniontown and cool down with yoga in the studio. No yoga experience required. Participants must be able to run for 30 complete minutes prior to this event. Brynn, Leah and Tara will run with the group.
