Ayurveda (Yoga’s Sister Science) teaches us that health and wellbeing depends upon our ability to digest everything we take in from the environment. Ayurveda believes that every disease arises from inefficient digestion. In this class, we will discuss ways to ensure proper digestion and elimination and yoga asanas and pranayamas that help with digestion and keep the body and mind in balance. Class led by Laura Scoville, Ayurvedic Yoga Specialist and RYT-200. Participants will receive outline of class to take home.
