Enjoy art, live music, food and family fun at the Westmoreland Arts & Heritage Festival! The Festival is held every year at Twin Lakes Park, Westmoreland County, PA during the Fourth of July weekend.

There's something for everyone at the Westmoreland Arts and Heritage Festival. Our food vendors offer a wide variety of excellent foods ranging from Italian, to Polish, to Greek. Order delicious foods ranging from eats and sandwiches, to fruits and vegetables, to pies and sweets, to popcorn.
Heritage Trail at Westmoreland Arts and Heritage Festival
Tucked away in the woods, the Heritage Trail continues to be one of the best-kept secrets of the Festival. The trail features many different historical sites, artists, authors, performers, musicians and blacksmiths. There is something for everyone some of our booths along the trail include the Pittsburgh Renaissance Festival, quilter Jim Mikula demonstrating and displaying his work and a K-9 search and rescue team. Be sure to stop by the Westmoreland Heritage booth to learn more about various historical sites and fun events in the Westmoreland County area!
Directions and Shuttles
The Westmoreland Arts and Heritage Festival is held at Twin Lakes Park in Hempfield and Unity Townships, near Greensburg. Twin Lakes Park is just minutes from Westmoreland Mall.
Directions to Twin Lakes Park: From Route 30, turn onto Donohoe Road at the light for Westmoreland Mall near Greensburg. (This is a right turn if heading west and a left turn when traveling east.) After turning from the highway, turn right to stay with Donohoe Road (passing the Toys-R-Us on your left). Continue straight through a traffic light and two stop signs. Just after the second stop sign, make a left at the sign for Twin Lakes Park. Follow the signs.
Because parking at the park is limited, we recommend that you take a shuttle bus.
Shuttle Bus Service departs from The University of Pittsburgh at Greensburg and St. Vincent College
Buses operate from 11 a.m. - 8 p.m. Thursday through Saturday, and 11 a.m. - 6 p.m. Sunday, with the last bus to the Festival leaving at 7 p.m. Thursday through Saturday, and 5 p.m. on Sunday. Wheelchair accessible vans will run on the same schedule.
Directions to St. Vincent College: Turn at St. Vincent Drive off of Route 30 in Latrobe. Follow signs for "Festival Bus Shuttle."
Directions to University of Pittsburgh at Greensburg: Take Mt. Pleasant Road exit off Route 30. Follow signs for "Festival Bus Shuttle." University is off of Mt. Pleasant Road.
Bus and van fees are $2 per round trip. Children under 10 ride free.
Payment will be made at the bus ticket booth near the exit prior to boarding for the return trip.
