With 2017 on the not-so-distant horizon, we inch closer and closer to one of our most fun parties of the year: Hibernation Party! This annual event unfolds at the brewery in Export on Saturday, January 28th from 10:00am – 4:00pm.
Now, we don’t always like to think of ourselves as experts. However, most pros would tell you this: a barrel-aged beer before the clock strikes noon is pretty friggin’ excellent!
We’ve been barrel-aging a wide variety of beers and can’t wait to crack them open to see what layers of complexity and magic the wood added. At the Hibernation Party, you’ll get to experience several barrel-aged beauties, as well as some one-offs, firkins, and much more. And because we love you so much, we’ll feed you, too, with a full plate of food from our smoked buffet!
You’ll have an opportunity to purchase some rare beauties at the Hibernation Party, including vintage bottles of Bourbon Barrel Aged All Aboard Stout from 2013 and 2014, as well as The Departed Barleywine from 2014. There will also be 10+ unique beers from our Brew Master’s Reserve Small Batch and Lab Rat Series.
