Bring the whole family for a day of fun at Mammoth Fest on Sunday, June 4! A special event hosted by Westmoreland County Parks and Recreation, Mammoth Fest will feature some great attractions down by the Mammoth Park lake shore from 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. A family oriented festival with a wide variety of food, music, entertainment and children’s attractions! Admission and parking are free to the public.
The Lakeside Stage will feature some great local music throughout the day! The 2016 winners of the Westmoreland County Battle of the Bands VACANCY will be performing original, alternative, new, and classic rock ‘n roll, and Country Rock band STAMPEDE will also be performing new and old country music, as well as original songs.
That Guy With The Birds is bringing his feathered friends for an educational as well as entertaining show! Also, magician Howard Mincone will perform “family entertainment for all ages. You will be dazzled with panto-mime, juggling, robotics and dancing… with lots of audience participation so everyone gets involved!”
Mammoth Fest will also feature the Arts and Crafts Show with over 50 exhibitor booths. Kids and families can purchase an All Day Ride Pass for only $4 and have all-day access to pony rides, a petting zoo, horse drawn trolley rides, and carnival amusement rides.
Mammoth Fest is a special event presented by Westmoreland County Bureau of Parks and Recreation and is co-sponsored by News Talk 1480.
