Join RYT-200 Tara Morris for this fun, approachable workshop focusing on the foundation and prerequisites for balancing on the bands. Class will focus on basic poses to build strength in all the right areas of the body in order to fly into crow, side crow, firefly, flying pigeon, eight angle, flying splits and the peak pose, handstand. Begin with a warm-up and progress into a detailed breakdown of what it takes to begin taking flight. Students will enjoy time to play with flying and floating in a slow, methodical manner. A thorough cool down concludes this all-levels workshop.
