Join us for an exciting retreat focused on health, fitness and fun on Nemacolin's 2,000 acre playground hosted by Health Lifestyle Coach and Nutritionist, Danielle Fryer. This is a retreat that is perfect for all ages and fitness levels.

The Fitness Adventure Retreat offers fantastic lodging in Nemacolin's boutique hotel, Falling Rock, as well as options in the Chateau Lafayette and the Lodge, and includes the retreat's adventure, yoga, healthy eating and fitness education sessions tailored just for you. Guests of all fitness levels are invited to learn everything needed to understand fitness training and what to eat in order to fuel for performance and lifestyle.
