It took Harry Clark 40 years to produce this phenomenal display. Everything is scratch-built, including the tracks! Seeing this 25’ x 55’ display will take you back to a simpler time.

HOBO CLUB RAILROAD DISPLAY
West Virginia Northern Railroad

The Hobo Club started in 1953, and the display at the Connellsville Community Center is it’s 4th. The track layout depicts the route, businesses and scenery from Connellsville to West Virginia.

Carter’s display takes up nearly the whole 2nd floor of a building to the left of his home. You will see ships docked, moonshiners, large cities, country roads, small towns and of course trains.

TRI TOWN AREA HISTORICAL SOCIETY

Scale-S modeler Sam Powell modeled his display after Southwestern Pennsylvania. Donated by his family, the layout was moved from Gaithersburg, MD to Dawson in 2016.

MONONGAHELA RIVER, RAILROAD & TRANSPORTATION MUSEUM

The free museum will be featuring a G-scale six-train layout by the Pittsburgh Garden Railway Society.
