Join LPS for a glowing, candle-lit practice that incorporates a slow flow style with yin yoga. This slow, breath-infused sequence emphasizes the mind-body connection, helping students find balance and clarity while focusing on calming poses to transition the body to relaxation in preparation for a deep and healing night’s sleep. The practice will conclude with a mindful meditation and aromatherapy anointing.
