The slopes are open for the season, and that means every day is a snow day! Head to a Laurel Highlands resort to ski, snowboard or tube then stay in a nearby cozy cabin for the night.

If you're not a fan of winter sports, no worries! The view from inside the ski resorts is beautiful, and you can treat yourself to a spa day complete with food and wine.

Single digit temperatures didn't stop this Highlander from hiking to Cucumber Falls at Ohiopyle State Park. It looks like the frigid trek was worth the incredible view.
